I'm confused because the command:
rtl_fm -f 88900000 -M wbfm -s 200000 -r 48000 - | play -r 48000 -t s16 -L -c 1 -
works just fine.

Which file must be on what path and where do I need to insert it into path. I put /opt/local/lib into my .profile PATH and same problem.
