Hi Al,

I'm using Ubuntu 16.04.

Here are the errors I get:

08:45:56 AM: Debug: Failed to connect to session manager: SESSION_MANAGER environment variable not defined

(__main__.py:6125): Gdk-CRITICAL **: IA__gdk_window_get_origin: assertion 'GDK_IS_WINDOW (window)' failed

return _gdi_.GraphicsContext_SetBrush(*args)
wx._core.PyAssertionError: C++ assertion "IsOk()" failed at ../src/gtk/colour.cpp(218) in Alpha(): invalid colour

However, my RTLSDR-Scanner will still open and work, and only crashes the first few times I enable a GPS device.

I'm wondering if NMEA mode needs to be enabled or not for rtlsdr-scanner to connect to my gps device.

Thank you so much!
